Remember the last time the Lakers had a playoff relevant game on the last day of the season? I still remember this so vividly. I was sitting on the couch, Kobe hits the shot in the second OT, and I sprint outside and start screaming and jumping around like a maniac.
A little Kobe déjà vu tonight?
This is one of the greatest Kobe games ever. I too, remember exactly where I was, who I was with and when this happened. I had gone with a couple of friends to the final Clippers game of the season, that game ended early, and we all crowded around a TV in the Staples concourse. Kobe hit the first shot - everyone flipped out. Kobe hit the shot in OT - the stadium erupted. The Clippers game had been over for about 45 minutes at that point but Staples seemed to still be full.
